Chicken pakora is a popular Indian snack made with marinated chicken coated in spiced gram flour (besan) batter and deep-fried until crispy. Ingredients For Marination: 500g boneless chicken (small pieces) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste For Batter: 1 cup gram flour (besan) 2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness) 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder Other: Oil for deep frying Method Marinate the Chicken Mix chicken with all marination ingredients. Cover and rest for 30 minutes (longer = more flavor). Prepare the Batter Add besan, rice flour, spices, green chilies, and coriander.
