ЁЯНЧ Chicken Pakora Recipe (Crispy & Easy)

 Chicken pakora is a popular Indian snack made with marinated chicken coated in spiced gram flour (besan) batter and deep-fried until crispy.

 Ingredients

For Marination:

  • 500g boneless chicken (small pieces)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

For Batter:

  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)

  • 2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness)

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Other:

  • Oil for deep frying

 Method

  1. Marinate the Chicken
    Mix chicken with all marination ingredients.
    Cover and rest for 30 minutes (longer = more flavor).

  2. Prepare the Batter
    Add besan, rice flour, spices, green chilies, and coriander.
    Add water gradually to make a thick coating batter (not too runny).

  3. Mix Chicken & Batter
    Combine marinated chicken into the batter. Coat well.

  4. Heat Oil
    Heat oil on medium flame.
    Drop small coated chicken pieces carefully into hot oil.

  5. Fry Until Golden
    Fry on medium heat for 4–6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
    Remove and drain on paper towel.
